🇭🇰 Shipping Destinations

At the moment, we only ship within Hong Kong. We hope to expand to more destinations in the future as our community grows!

⏳ Processing & Handling Time

  • 3 to 7 Business Days: Because we are a small team handling, please allow 3–7 business days for us to carefully package and ship your order with love.

  • Tracking Info: As soon as your package is handed over to SF Express, we will send you a shipping confirmation email complete with your tracking number so you can track its journey.

🚚 SF Express Delivery Options & Rates

We partner with SF Express to ensure your packages arrive quickly and safely. At checkout, you can choose whichever delivery method suits you best:

  • SF Lockers

  • SF Stores

  • Home or Business Address

Our Shipping Rates:

  • 🛍️ Orders over $500 HKD: Enjoy Free Shipping automatically applied at checkout!

  • 🛒 Orders under $500 HKD: A single flat shipping fee will be charged at checkout. Your shipping is fully paid for online, so you don't have to worry about paying any extra fees upon delivery.

🛑 Address Tips for SF Lockers/Stores

If you choose to ship to an SF Locker or SF Store, please make sure to input the exact SF Code and Address (e.g., H852M001P) into the shipping address field during checkout to ensure there are no delays with your order.
