Because our items are unique, pre-loved, and vintage pieces, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. We do our best to note any unique wear or flaws in the item descriptions, so please review all photos and measurements carefully before making your purchase. If you have any questions about an item, we are always happy to help before you buy!
When will I get my order?
We know you're excited to get your new vintage finds! We carefully pack and ship all orders within 3 to 7 business days of purchase. Once your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey right to your door.
Where are your products from?
Our inventory is sourced from various vintage and secondhand markets around the world. Because we bring in unique batches from all over the world, our stock is constantly evolving—once a piece is gone, it's gone!
How much does shipping cost?
Exact shipping costs are calculated at checkout once you enter your delivery address. If you are living in Hong Kong, spend over 500 HKD to enjoy Free SF Express delivery!
