Welcome to our stylish community! We are so happy you're here and choosing to give these unique and pre-loved pieces a second life. Because we curate a constantly changing collection of secondhand treasures, we have a few guidelines regarding orders:

🌸 All Sales Are Final

Each item in our shop has a story and history. Because of their unique nature, all sales are final—we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, style preferences, or sizing issues.

We want you to absolutely love your finds! To avoid any surprises, we share detailed measurements and photos for every piece. We highly recommend checking your measurements before hitting checkout, and if you ever have questions about a fit or fabric, please email us at thriftsoulciety@gmail.com or send us a DM first—we love chatting with you and helping you find the perfect piece!

📦 Oops! Did We Make a Mistake?

We are a small team, and while we do our very best, we are human! Please inspect your order upon reception. If we accidentally sent you the wrong item, or if there is a major issue with your order that wasn't noted, we want to evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

To be eligible for a review:

• Please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your package at thriftsoulciety@gmail.com.

• Send over your order number along with a photo or video of the issue.

• The item must be unworn, tag attached and in the exact condition it arrived in.

💳 Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved due to a genuine store error, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please reach out to us.
